Great location near GVSU. The room felt fresh and clean. Nice modern decor added a cozy vibe. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I looked forward to breakfast, but options were pretty limited. No fruit or anything substantial. The dog policy needs clarity. We brought our dog, but the barking complaints caused unnecessary stress. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. Ultimately, the hotel had potential but needs some attention to details.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for a night, and the beds were really comfy, which helped me sleep well. The room was clean and updated, and I loved the quiet atmosphere. However, I did notice some bugs crawling around, which was a bit unsettling. The location was great with easy access to nearby restaurants, but that bug situation was a bummer.

The hotel is conveniently close to Grand Valley State University and just 15 minutes from Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches. My kids loved that we could explore the area easily. The staff was cheerful and made our stay enjoyable, especially when they provided extra towels without hesitation.
